SiaUnderwear is not responsible for incorrectly entered e-mail for correspondence.

If you do not receive an e-mail response within 24 working hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please e-mail us again or contact us at +359877 77 06 85.

Please note that Saturday and Sunday are weekends for SIA UNDERWEAR.

All your forms and questions are processed on the first business day. Replacement forms are processed up to 24 working hours (3 business days). We need time to process your information. Thanks for your patience!

You have the option to replace or return a purchased Sia Underwear product within 14 days with receipt of the product. The reasons for this may be the following:

* Change size

* Change the decision about the purchase

* Discontent with the commercial appearance of the product

In the aforementioned conditions, courier services are paid by the customer! In the event of a mistake made from Sia Underwear, transport charges are charged on Us. Upon replacement, the new product is sent to the customer only when the old one is returned!

* After 14 days, the product may only be returned if defective. If the product is defective, it may be replaced by a new one, or we can refund your money.

* Required application of the received document from the delivery (receipt, invoice).

* Products should not have a disturbed appearance!
