RIGHT TO RETURN
You have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it if:
- The size doesn't fit you
- You've changed your mind
- The product doesn't meet your expectations
Return conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- You must include the delivery document (receipt or invoice)
SHIPPING COSTS
For returns or exchanges at your request:
Courier services are paid by the customer.
For errors on our part:
SIA Underwear covers the shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Step 1: Fill out the return/exchange form on the website or contact us at:

Step 2: You will receive return instructions within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday).
Step 3: Send the product back with the enclosed delivery document.
Step 4: For exchanges - the new product is shipped after we receive the returned item.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is defective, you can return it even after the 14-day period expires. You will receive:
- Replacement with a new product of the same model
- Another model of your choice
- Refund
