These terms and conditions govern the mutual relationship between the Customer (user) and the Merchant (administrator) in connection with the provision of services through the website www.sia-v.com.
Our online shop is accessible to everyone, but registering as a user gives us access to some of your personal data and your intention to place an order.
GOODS FOR SALE
The goods available for purchase are those listed on the website at the time of placing an order. They are described in detail by type, quantity and quality.
DELIVERY
Free delivery on orders over 99.00 BGN / 50.62 EUR within Bulgaria.
If the customer wishes to use a different courier service, delivery costs are at the customer's expense regardless of the order value.
REFUNDS
In the event of a refund for a purchased product, the amount is paid to a bank account within 5 (five) working days of receiving the parcel and once we have confirmed that the goods are in undamaged, original condition.
If payment was made by bank card, the refund is processed as a reversal to the same card within 7 working days.
For returns of products from the Large Sizes category that were made to order (3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL or any other individually specified size), only the base price of the product is refunded. The amount retained above the base price covers the production costs of the individual order.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
After registration, the customer is fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure, as well as for all actions carried out by themselves and third parties using their credentials.
The customer is obliged to notify www.sia-v.com and the relevant authorities in the event of unauthorised access to their username and password by third parties, or whenever there is suspicion of such misuse.
The customer has the right to:
- Browse, order and receive goods from www.sia-v.com in accordance with the selected terms and conditions
- Be informed about the status of their order
- Receive delivery of the ordered goods following confirmation by email or phone from us
The customer is obliged to pay for their order using the payment method selected on the website.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF www.sia-v.com
www.sia-v.com guarantees its users confidentiality regarding the personal data and information they provide. This information will not be used, disclosed or shared with third parties except in the cases and under the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
www.sia-v.com has no obligation to monitor, does not control and has no practical means of overseeing the way in which users make use of the website's services.
www.sia-v.com has the right, but not the obligation, to store information and materials used and hosted on its server.
www.sia-v.com has the right to send promotional emails and news about new styles, gift ideas, upcoming competitions and discounts at least once a month.
www.sia-v.com has the right to refuse an order if the required size or material is not available for timely fulfilment and the customer has not accepted a substitute with an available product.
